By using AY Design Center’s services, you agree to the following terms: Service Scope: We provide digital dental designs,
including wax-ups, crowns, bridges, surgical guides, and dentures. Final fabrication is the responsibility of the dental lab or practitioner.
Intellectual Property: All design files remain the property of AY Design Center until full payment is received. Unauthorized distribution of our designs is prohibited.
Turnaround Time: Standard design completion time is one business day, depending on complexity. Expedited services may be available at an additional cost.
Liability: We are not responsible for issues arising from improper use, modifications, or fabrication errors made by third parties. Payments: All payments must be made in full before the final design files are delivered. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
At AY Design Center, we are committed to providing high-quality digital dental designs. Due to the nature of our services,
we have the following refund policy: Non-Refundable Services: Since our designs are custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once the design process has started.
Revisions & Adjustments: We offer minor revisions if needed, provided the request is made within 1 day of delivery. Major modifications may require an additional fee.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once work has begun, cancellations are not possible.
